Students combine the Blues & Art for Bessie Smith contest

What do the “blues” mean to you?

Local students got a chance to answer that question, and show off their talents.

More than 1-hundred 50 kids took part in the “Bessie Blues Art Contest.”

And we were there as the winners were announced.
