Blessing Creek Farms is celebrating “Hug a Cow Day”, offering people a unique opportunity to connect with these gentle animals.

This special event promotes animal therapy and relaxation, making it a fun and family-friendly experience.

The farm’s “Hug a Cow Day” encourages visitors to embrace the calming presence of cows, reinforcing the therapeutic benefits of spending time with animals.

A young visitor eagerly shared their favorite part about the event, saying:

“Giving them treats!”

Farm owner Starlett Scott explained the inspiration behind the event, sharing a tradition rooted in Indian culture:

“If you don’t know, in Indian origin, they say to hug a cow on Valentine’s Day, and it will bring you good vibes throughout the year. We want you to have good vibes now and throughout the year!”

This marks the second year in a row that Blessing Creek Farms has offered this experience to the public, and they hope the warmth of a cow’s hug will last until visitors can join them again next year!
