BlueCross named one of best large employers by Forbes
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee (BlueCross) has been recognized on Forbes’ list of America’s Best Large Employers, BlueCross says.
They earned a spot among 700 companies nationwide included in the 2026 rankings.
They say BlueCross is the third highest-ranked Blue plan and the seventh highest Tennessee-based employer on this year’s list.
It’s an honor to be recognized for our efforts to be an employer of choice. Our employees share a consistent commitment to excellence in serving our members. We appreciate the work they do each day and the ways that they shape how other people and organizations view our corporate culture and benefits.”
– Marie Webb, BlueCross senior vice president and chief human resources officer said.
Forbes partnered with global research firm Statista to survey employers across the United States and compile its annual rankings.
The survey was conducted anonymously, and respondents were asked whether they would recommend their employer to others and to evaluate their workplace across several key criteria, including salary, work environment, training programs, and opportunities for advancement.
