Boutique Hotel Coming To Downtown Chattanooga
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) Chattanooga will be getting a new high end boutique hotel on Walnut Street downtown.
City council members approved the re-zoning for the site Tuesday night.
The 5-story hotel will have 90 rooms, rooftop amenities, an art collection, restaurant and patio dining.
Work on the hotel is expected to begin next year.
It’s slated to open in 2016 and provide 50 full and part-time jobs.
