Bradley County arrests suspected tire dumper

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – Bradley County deputies have arrested a man who they call a serial tire dumper.

30 year old Robert Daniel Free was arrested last week.

He faces charges of Felony Criminal Littering.

Investigators had reports of a suspicious vehicle and dumped tires in the southern part of the county near Spring Place Road.

They spotted the suspect S-10 pickup on Tuesday.

They say Free admitted to dumping tires he picked up from area tire stores to make extra money.

Free was arrested for an outstanding warrant and for having a stolen car tag.
