Bradley County Firefighter Pay Increases

TENNESSEE — Bradley County Mayor Gary Davis has redirected a total of $76,000 in vacancy savings to firefighter salaries, prompting an increase in pay.

This adjustment increased pay for 6 firefighters to $41,000, another 6 to $41,615, 15 firefighters to $42,316, and provided a $1,000 increase for 40 firefighters, according to the Bradley County Fire-Rescue Association, Local 4868.

This change went into effect December 1.

This comes after a push in supporting the firefighters who serve the community.
