Bradley County SUV theft arrests

Bradley County, TN (WDEF) – Bradley County Sheriff’s deputies arrest two people for stealing an SUV in East Cleveland last week.

27-year-olds Corey Lynn Hyde and Johnny Ray Lee Russell both face charges of theft over $1,000.

Hyde also faces other charges for evading arrest.

Deputies spotted the two in a stolen Chevy Blazer driving on Lowery Street.

After a brief chase, it crashed into a child’s swing set on Elrod Street.

Hyde was driving the SUV and took off on foot after the wreck.

They caught him a few blocks away.
