Bridgeport Drowning Raises Question

Residents in Bridgeport Alabama say the death of a man who drowned over the weekend could have been prevented.
His friends and family came to the city council meeting Monday night to express their grief and concern.
48-year-old Bert Weston drowned in a pool during an annual gathering at a community park Saturday.
Members say the pool shouldn’t have been opened because the water was so cloudy and unclean.
Lifeguards couldn’t find Weston in the water during their search.
Witnesses say Members found his body about three hours later.
"My concern is that pool never should have been opened to the public. Whether it’s black white red or green. It should never have been opened," said church member Fannie Henry.
Weston’s drowning has been ruled accidental and is still under investigation.
