Bristol Motor Speedway to sell “Dale Jr” banana with mayo sandwich

BRISTOL, Tenn. (WDEF) – After a Tweet from the NASCAR driver went viral last week, Dale Earnhardt Junior and Bristol Motor Speedway are partnering up to sell the racer’s favorite snack: a banana and mayonnaise sandwich.

Bristol Motor Speedway announced it will be selling the “Dale Earnhardt Jr. Sandwich” during the Food City 500 weekend April 15-17.

The sandwich consists of bananas and Hellman’s mayonnaise on white bread.

The unique snack will be sold for $4 and every $1 will go toward the Dale Jr. Foundation, with Junior matching donations to his foundation up to $50,000.
