Brother charged with killing 70 year old man

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga police have arrested the brother of a recent homicide victim.

Sixty eight year old Marvin Lewis Preston faces a charge of criminal homicide in the death of his 70 year old brother, Floyd.

Police found Floyd Preston dead from a gunshot wound to the head in his apartment in the 1600 block of Dogwood Drive last Sunday night.

Marvin Preston is held on a one-million dollar bond.
