Brother & Sister Charged with Bradley Armed Robbery

CLEVELAND (WDEF) – We showed you some poor quality surveillance photos Monday of an armed robbery in Bradley County.

Now investigators say a brother and sister are the suspects in those photos.

The holdup was at the One Stop Mini Mart on South Lee Highway on Sunday.

Investigators got a decent picture of the female suspect, but the male suspect was dark and grainy.

They charged 26 year old Erika Lyda and 31 year old John Gentry.

The Sheriff says the public helped solve the case.

According to Sheriff Watson,” Once again, we were able to put people behind bars for a criminal act due to the valuable help of the public. Also, our CID and Patrol Divisions started the investigation into this case just moments after it happened and it continues as we speak.”
