Butch Jones Believes Vols vs Northwestern Equals Classic Bowl Game
Vols coach Butch Jones made a quick plane trip to Tampa on Thursday to talk up UT’s New Year’s day battle with Northwestern in the Outback Bowl.

Outside of the college football playoffs, Jones says this is a picture perfect bowl match-up.
Two good teams from two good leagues.
Said Jones,-"Well it’s a match-up of two top 25 football teams and very storied football programs with great, passionate fan bases. You have the exciting offenses of both teams, up-tempo. Then the physical style defensively, and also on special teams as well."
