Camp Hidden Hollow celebrates 50 years

CHICKAMAUGA, Ga. (WDEF) – Camp Hidden Hollow is celebrating a major milestone this summer.

The camp has been around for 50 years. During that time, they have provided generations with a place to learn, grow and enjoy the simple joys of childhood.

Founded in 1976, Camp Hidden Hollow welcomed thousands of children through its gates under the motto, “Where A Kid Can Be A Kid A Little Longer.”

The reunion is expected to bring together people connected to the camp across multiple generations, offering an opportunity to reflect on the experiences and relationships built over the past five decades.

For many families, Camp Hidden Hollow has become a tradition passed from one generation to the next, creating lasting memories through summers spent outdoors, making friends and embracing the freedom of childhood.
