Can you identify Cleveland Hemp shop thief from video?

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) –  The Cleveland Police Department needs your help to catch a thief.

They are looking for a suspect caught on surveillance video stealing products at the Vapenotiq Hemp & CBD Dispensary in Cleveland.

He took thousands of dollars worth of product and $400 from the cash drawer.

It happened Thursday morning at 2:45 AM.

The owner is also offering a $1000 reward for anyone who identifies the thief.
