Can you identify Smoking Joes armed robbery suspect?

UPDATE: Hamilton County detectives have charged 23 year old Austin Berry Layne with the armed robbery in Lakesite this morning.

HIXSON, Tennessee (WDEF) – Hamilton County investigators are looking for a man suspected of holding up a store Wednesday morning in Hixson.

It happened at Smoking Joes on Hixson Pike around 8:30 AM.

The clerk says a man came in the store wearing a toboggan over his face.

He brandished a gun and demanded cash.

Another male was waiting for him in a vehicle outside.

They fled in a small, black and red vehicle.

Investigators did get a still from the business surveillance system of the suspect.
