Can you identify suspects in an Ulta perfume shoplifing case

They got away with more than $3000 worth of perfume and cologne

UPDATE: Dalton Police say they have now identified the suspect.


DALTON, Georgia (WDEF) – Dalton Police are looking for a woman accused of shoplifting $3000 worth of cologne and perfume at a store.

They say the thefts actually happened over two days.

Police are trying to identify a female suspect and a young man with her who were recorded on store surveillance.

The thefts happened at the Ulta store on Walnut Avenue on May 5th and 6th.

Police say on the first day, the woman entered the store around 1 PM and took several items while browsing the shelves.

They say the young male who came in at the same time distracted the store employees.

On that day, they say she got away with 14 bottles of designer colognes and perfumes, including multiple bottles of Dolce & Gabanna and Gucci products.  They value thos thefts at $1086.

They left in a blue Mitsubishi Lancer Sportback.

On the next day, the woman came back in the same vehicle, but was alone.

Investigators say she shoplifted more than 30 bottles worth $2,186.99.

Store employees told police the woman had a star tattoo above her right eye that she was trying to conceal with makeup.
