Car vs. train accident in Soddy Daisy

Soddy Daisy, TN (WDEF) – Two people went to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries after their car was hit by a train Friday afternoon.

Officials say two people were in a car that was trying to cross the tracks on Daisy Dallas Road when they were hit.

Officials cleared up the accident and reopened the road quickly.
