Catoosa County authorities searching for runaway teen

CATOOSA COUNTY, Ga. (WDEF) — The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a missing teenager who may be in Atlanta.
Denahjia Hill, 16, left her foster parent’s house at around 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 16.
She is originally from the Atlanta area and has friends there, according to the sheriff’s office.
Her foster mother discovered she was in Atlanta that night and communicated to her by text message for a short time. Hill’s Life 360 pinged in Atlanta at 7:24 p.m. that night.
The last time her phone was pinged was Monday, December 18 at 10:30 a.m. At that time, Hill was at the Vineyards on Flat Shoals apartment complex in Atlanta.
Catoosa County authorities are asking the public’s help in finding her. Anyone who knows Hill’s whereabouts should contact Detective Zach Roden at 706-935-2424, extension 1011.
