Cempa Community Care Dental Clinic officially opens in Chattanooga

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Cempa officially opened its new Community Care Dental Clinic in Chattanooga this afternoon.

They held a ribbon cutting for the clinic on Friday at 1 p.m.

Dr. Latresa Jackson will run the clinic on 1042 East 3rd Street in Chattanooga.

They will offer routine teeth cleanings, x-rays and minor oral surgeries.

People can come and see the dentist at a sliding fee based on their income.

“We are so excited to be opening our dental practice today,” said Cempa CEO Shannon Burger. “It’s been a vision that internally our board had for a long time. We have seen the dental need in our community and to be able to offer more dental services on a slighting fee basis is just critical to addressing a lot of the health needs of the community.”

The new Cempa Dental Clinic is now open to both adults and children.
