Center for Creative Arts Riverbend

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Students from the Center for Creative Arts will be showing off some of their work during the Riverbend Festival.

Once again, they’ve designed special table tops to be displayed at the stage run by the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union.
