Chattanooga-(WDEF-TV) The CFC are having open tryouts this Saturday at Fort Finley.
Have fun kids.
According to News 12 meteo

rologist Austin Onek, it’ll be 12-degrees when the tryouts start at 9 AM.
Of course these guys wear shorts.
The bitter cold brings back bitter memories for players and coaches.

Said head coach Rod Underwood:”In the old days, when I was playing a ball that was cold and wet, it would leave a mark on your body, but these balls are better. So it’s a little bit better now.”

Said captain Richard Dixon:”I went to Jamaica for vacation and came back. It was like around this time, mid January, and I had to go straight to preseason in North Carolina. And I went with a tank top, you know, tank tops and shorts because I was just coming from the beach in Jamaica, and I was not prepared at all for that winter. And so, yeah, I learned my lesson that I suffered through it.”
