CFD responds to residential fire off Sylvan Drive

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF)– Earlier today, the Chattanooga Fire Department warned citizens to take caution due to a residential fire.

Green Shift companies responded to the incident.

At the 800 block of Sylvan Drive, there was a small fire in upstairs bedroom.

Firefighters extinguished the fire in minutes, checked for extension and ventilated.

The Cause for this fire remains under investigation.

No injuries were reported.
