Charges Filed in Case Where Boy Was Shot in the Face

Harrison, TN (WDEF) – Hamilton County investigators have filed charges in the Harrison case last month in which a 13 year old was shot in the face.

Sheriff Jim Hammond told us that investigators believed the shooting was an accident.

But family members were posing for photographs with guns when it happened.

Now a grand jury has indicted 19 Thomas Quarrel Holder on a variety of charges from the shootings.

They include Reckless Endangerment, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, Unlawful Carrying or Possession of a Weapon and Providing a Firearm to a Juvenile.

The shooting happened att the home on Buck Trail on Sunday, October 25th.
