Chattanooga Film Fest returns

CHATTANOOGA, TN.-  The Chattanooga Film Festival is back for its 13th annual event at the Chattanooga Theatre Centre.

The Festival consists of filmmakers from all over the country coming in to represent films from all over the world.

Films aren’t the only things that will be showcased, you can see podcast recordings, live performances, and storytelling hours

One thing that sets this festival apart, there will be a whole week of showing the films virtually after the film festival is over.

“We had to pivot pretty quickly to virtual when covid hit. Our festival was slated to go in April so we had a month to pivot to virtual and a lot of really cool filmmakers who are willing to go on that journey with us. I believe we were the first virtual film festival that happened during that time. We’ve dedicated ourselves to continue doing that in the name of accessibility.” says Ashley Thomas, Film Festival Manager.
