Chattanooga man indicted on 15 criminal charges

SIGNAL MOUNTAIN, Tennessee(WDEF) – A Chattanooga man is facing multiple criminal charges after he was indicted by a Hamilton County Grand Jury.

Marcus Cody Alexander Nix, 20, is facing:

• Six counts of wilful abuse or neglect or exploitation of an adult
• Seven counts of attempted theft of property
• Identity theft trafficking
• Violation of Tennessee Computer Act over $10,000

Nix’s bond was set at $35,000 and his next court date is April 14.
