Chattanooga Man Shot While Walking At Night

A man was shot in Chattanooga while walking at night Thursday evening.

45 year old Abraham Jackson was walking in the area of West 40th Street and West Avenue Thursday at around 6pm, Chattanooga police say.

Officials say he was then shot by someone.

Jackson was taken to a local hospital. His injuries are non-life threatening.

The investigation is still ongoing, and officials need your help finding the suspect who shot him.
