Chattanooga McDonald’s offering free coffee to first responders Saturday

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga-area McDonald’s are offering free coffee to first responders on Saturday, October 28.

This is in honor of National First Responders Day, which takes place every year on October 28.

First responders can receive a medium iced or hot coffee on that day.

First responders include emergency medical technicians, paramedics, firefighters and police officers.

McDonald’s says those who fall in those categories “can visit any participating McDonald’s in the Chattanooga region” to get the free coffee.

Responders will need to show an official ID to prove their status.

The free coffee will be available all day.
