Chattanooga Police charge man with attempted murder

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police arrested a man for attempted murder after a shooting earlier this month.

25-year old Malcolm Johnson is accused of shooting 57-year old Wayne Weimer on December 13th.

Police say it happened in the 21-hundred block of Duncan Avenue.

Besides attempted murder, Johnson also stands accused of especially aggravated robbery, and aggravated assault.
