Chattanooga Police Identify Pedestrian Killed
CHATTANOOGA, TN (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police identify the woman hit by a car this weekend on East 23rd Street.
They say Ashley Ward, 24, was trying to cross the street when she was hit.
The driver was not cited.
Ward was reportedly not at a crosswalk.
