Police investigate daylight shooting downtown

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – Chattanooga Police are investigating a shooting in broad daylight on Thursday.

It happened in the 1900 block of East 25th Street near I 24 and 4th Avenue.

35 year old Tramale Hudgins told officers he was driving just after noon when he was shot.

He went to the hospital with a non life-threatening wound.
