Chattanooga Police investigating Dodson Avenue shooting
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga police are investigating a shooting that happened on Dodson Avenue.
On February 26, 2025, at 10:02 p.m., officers with the Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) responded to the 500 block of Dodson Avenue on reports of a person shot call.
Upon arrival, officers located a 43-year-old male with non-life-threatening injuries.
Hamilton County EMS transported the male to local hospital to receive treatment.
CPD stated their Homicide Unit also responded to conduct an investigation, and are working to learn the exact circumstances of the shooting.
