Chattanooga Police investigating Jackson Street homicide
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police are investigating a death on Saturday as a homicide.
Officers found a 65-year-old man unresponsive on the 1700 block of Jackson Street a little after 5 p.m.
The police department is ruling his death as a homicide because of the nature of his injuries. However, authorities have not specified what those injuries are.
His identity has not been revealed either.
Police said they are not releasing additional information, and the case is an ongoing investigation.
