Chattanooga police investigating shooting on South Seminole Drive

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — The Chattanooga Police Department is investigating a shooting that happened on Sunday night.

A man went to the hospital after being shot and having injuries that were not life-threatening.

The shooting happened just after 11 p.m. on Sunday on the 100 block of South Seminole Drive.

Officers went to the hospital and spoke with the victim, who they say is a 24-year-old man.

The man told officers he was walking along South Seminole Drive when he was shot.

Authorities have not yet identified the suspect.
