CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanoogans can get free Lookouts tickets this year through the Chattanooga Public Library.

Anyone with a valid Chattanooga Public Library (CPL) card can check out a pass from their downtown location. With that pass, redeem up to two adult tickets and two child tickets.

These passes are valid for any home game throughout the 2024 season.

The Chattanooga Lookouts begin their season on Friday, April 5 against the Birmingham Barons.

Then, their first home game will be on Tuesday, April 9 against the Tennessee Smokies.

Check out passes for any home game at the Downtown Library, located at 1001 Broad Street.

“We are excited to partner with the Chattanooga Public Library throughout our 2024 season,” said Lookouts Director of Marketing Alex Tainsh. “Chattanooga is lucky to have a great public library system that offers incredible resources to our community, and we are thrilled to work together to make it even easier for families to come out and experience Lookouts baseball.”

Those with a family pass can redeem them for tickets at the AT&T Field ticket office. Redeem tickets starting 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to the game.

You can only receive a pass up to two weeks before the date of the game. They are available on a first come, first served basis.

In addition, the Lookouts will host a Chattanooga Library Day on Sunday, August 18. On that day, anyone with a CPL card can show that card at the ticket office and get a free general admission ticket to that day’s game. Chattanooga Mayor Tim Kelly will throw the first pitch of that game.

The CPL also offers family passes to the Chattanooga Zoo, Creative Discovery Museum, Hunter Museum of American Art, Reflection Riding Arboretum and Nature Center, Chattanooga Symphony and Opera, and Chattanooga Audubon Society.
