Chattanooga Public Works taking applications for Summer Youth Employment Program

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Public Works is now accepting applications for its Summer Youth Work Program.

The Summer Youth Work Program gives any recent graduate or high school student 16 and older an opportunity to gain work experience and get paid.

This program will run from June to July 2025, and offers a competitive wage of $15.45 per hour.

The Public Works Department says the program is an ideal opportunity for young individuals looking to make the most of their summer by engaging in meaningful work and developing professional skills.

Applications are due Sunday, June 8, 2025.
