Chattanooga Shooting Victim Turns Into New Shooting Suspect
Chattanooga, TN (WDEF) – O’Shae Smith showed up at the hospital two weeks ago with a gunshot wound.
He was one of two people shot on Rawlings Street on a Sunday night.
Now the 20 year old is involved in another shooting.
But this time he is the suspect.
Chattanooga police have charged him in Thursday afternoon’s shooting on 6th Avenue.
The victim in that one was Kendre Allen, who suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The 18 year old has a criminal record of his own.
