Chattanooga teen charged with first degree murder in August shooting
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) — Chattanooga Police arrested a teenager in connection with a homicide that happened at the beginning of August.
On August 3, police responded to Woodland View Circle to find an adult man with multiple gunshot wounds. That man died after responders rushed him to the hospital.
The suspect had previously fled the scene before police showed up.
However, officers arrested a 17-year-old man on Tuesday, September 19, and charged him with first-degree murder.
He is now in custody at the Hamilton County Juvenile Detention Center.
Authorities did not release the name of the suspect due to him being under 18.
