Chattanooga Teens Make Duct Tape Prom Dresses for Scholarship Contest

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (WDEF) – Two Chattanooga Teens are in the top ten finalists to share the $20,000 prize in the 17th Annual Stuck at Prom Scholarship Contest.

They made prom dresses completely out of duct tape.
