Child, man killed in northeastern Georgia quadruple shooting

ELBERTON, Ga. (WSB-TV) — Police in northeast Georgia are investigating a quadruple shooting that has left a man and a child dead.

Elberton police in Elbert County said a man killed his girlfriend’s child, shot the girlfriend, shot another adult and then killed himself.

Police say the shootings happened Saturday night at a home on Reese Street.

Investigators have not released any other details.

Several agencies, including the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, are looking into this case.
