BRADLEY COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) — A child in Bradley County was taken to the hospital after an ATV crash.
Deputies responded to a residence on Zion Road Northwest just before 11:30 today.
An investigation determined that the ATV was traveling behind a truck when there was a malfunction with the brakes causing the driver to lose control.
The driver and juvenile who was riding continued down the driveway towards a wooded area. They then struck a tree, rolled over, struck the side of the truck, and landed upside down pinning the juvenile underneath.
The child was taken to the hospital for evaluation of possible injuries.
