Citizen spots missing man after all night search

HAMILTON COUNTY, Tenn. (WDEF) – Tri-Community Fire personnel and Hamilton County S.T.A.R.S. spent the night looking for 84 year old William Fraker.

But it was an alert motorist that finally spotted him Friday morning.

The driver saw him in a parking lot on East Brainerd Road and called authorities.

The missing man has been found and returned home safely.

His family reported him missing after he walked off from his home last night.
