Clark hearing moved; Exxon rebuilds; Stevens Memorial Scheduled

58-year-old John Stevens was the homicide victim.

He was working the night shift at the Exxon gas station in Nashville.

15-year-old, Trinity Quinn and 28-year-old, Daniel Clark, both of Dayton, are being charged with criminal homicide in his death.

They also face charges of especially aggravated robbery and attempted auto theft.

Contractors hired by the company were out today rebuilding the cabinets, because they were damaged with multiple bullet holes.

A memorial and visitation for Stevens is set for Monday in Nashville.

Clark was scheduled, but did not attend a review hearing this morning.

It’s been rescheduled for next Friday.

He remains in jail on a $250,000 bond.

Police released this surveillance footage of Quinn and Clark attempting to steal a vehicle.

Quinn’s family believes that she’ll be tried as an adult, because of her level of involvement.

Family members say they think the two had a romantic relationship.

Quinn’s preliminary transfer hearing is set for May 16th.
