Cleveland attorney re-instated by Supreme Court
CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) — A Cleveland attorney has been re-instated by the Tennessee Supreme Court.
Kent Thomas Jones was suspended for 90 days back in February.
A hearing found that Jones had threatened opposing counsel by email and failed his client in court.
The court now says Jones has fulfilled his conditions for re-instatement.
That includes paying more than $2,000 in fines to the Board of Professional Responsibility.
