Cleveland man charged with Terroristic threats toward police

CLEVELAND, Tenn. (WDEF) – A Cleveland resident is facing Terroristic Threat charges for things he posted to Facebook.

Cleveland Police say the post was brought to their attention.

David Stoliarchuk had posted about “homicidal threats” towards law enforcement and EMS personnel on his personal Facebook page.

Warrants were issued for Stoliarchuk’s arrest for terroristic threats, a Class A felony.

Stoliarchuk was located near Nashville, Tennessee, by Tennessee Highway Patrol.

After an attempt to escape and resist arrest, he was placed into custody.
