Cleveland woman charged in a fentanyl overdose death
CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – Cleveland Police have charged a woman in a drug overdose case from last year.
On August 24, Joseph Thomas was found dead in his apartment.
Investigators determined he died from a drug overdose related to fentanyl.
Last week, they charged Tracy Lynn Sheldon-Malamphy for providing the drugs.
She faces indictments of Second Degree Murder, Sell/Delivery of Schedule II Fentanyl, and Conspiracy to Sell/Delver Schedule II Fentanyl.
