Cleveland woman convicted of shooting her husband

CLEVELAND, Tennessee (WDEF) – Miranda Michelle Cheatham has been convicted of second degree murder in the death of her husband on Halloween of 2016.

Police say she shot James Michael Cheatham several times.

He was a roofer and landscaper in the Cleveland area.

Their teenage son was at the home at the time of the shooting.

Miranda Cheatham was indicted by a grand jury and arrested several months after the shooting.
