‘Coco with the PoPo’

COLLEGEDALE, Tennessee (WDEF) – Collegedale Police Officers took some time out their day for ‘coco with the popo.’

Around a dozen police officers and number plus kids enjoyed hot chocolate together at the Collegedale commons.

This event allowed kids to meet the people who protect them and also allow them to bind over their love of hot coco.

“Where the police for the community we work for Collegedale. Why not reach out to the people we serve to get to know them and it just makes our job easier and builds trust. Makes it a better community.”
