The Chattanooga Police Department arrested 27-year-old Quentin Williams on Thursday, February 8, at 11 a.m.

They arrested him at his workplace, Orange Grove Center in Chattanooga.

According to the arrest report, Williams had been talking to two male children through Xbox Live and Snapchat. It says the children were aged 8 and 10 years old.

Collegedale police first received a complaint from a father on February 5.

A local federal online covert employee then posed as one of the children through Snapchat to investigate. After speaking with Williams for a few days, authorities went to his workplace to arrest him, according to the affidavit.

The report says Williams waived his Miranda rights and admitted to chatting with the two boys and having images of them on his phone. It says Williams had 12 of these photos saved on his phone.

Police arrested Williams and booked him into the Hamilton County Jail. He is charged with 12 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and three counts of solicitation of a minor.

He is scheduled to appear in court on February 13.
