Convicted sex offender accused of striking again
FORT OGLETHORPE, Georgia (WDEF) – A convicted sex offender is back in jail after Fort Oglethopre police say he struck again.
Keith Hanshaw, 53, was arrested at his Fort Oglethorpe home on Monday and charged with one count of sexual exploitation of a child.
Authorities are not releasing much information about the case because it’s still under investigation.
Detectives did confirm Hanshaw was on Federal probation at the time of his arrest.
He was convicted back in 2007 on the charge of tracking of persons for sexual servitude which is a felony.
Hanshaw will remain in the Catoosa County jail until federal marshals can pick him up.
