Court suspends practice of local attorney

CHATTANOOGA (WDEF) – The Tennessee Supreme Court has suspended a Hamilton County attorney from practicing law.

The license of David Haines Rotroff has been transferred to disability inactive status.

The court does not reveal what the disability is.

He cannot practice law until he is reinstated by the court by showing “clear and convincing evidence that the disability has been removed and he is fit to resume the practice of law.”
